Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, your Himalayan Abode representative will meet you and transfer you to your four-star hotel in Kathmandu.

After check-in, take time to rest and settle into your surroundings. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a gentle evening walk around Thamel or attend an introductory wellness briefing.

Day 02Yoga, Meditation and Kathmandu Heritage Tour

Begin the day with a one-hour traditional yoga session followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. The session is designed to gently prepare your body and mind for the day’s cultural exploration.

After breakfast, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple. Located on a hilltop, the ancient Buddhist site offers views of Kathmandu Valley and a peaceful setting for reflection.

Day 11Pokhara to Australian Camp

Day 12Australian Camp to Pokhara and Relaxation Session

Day 14Departure from Kathmandu

Begin your final day in Nepal with an early-morning departure transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport.
